Suzanne Clarke

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences with an Honors Specialization in Health Promotion and earned her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2012. She was called to the Bar in 2013.

Her practice focuses on general liability and accident benefits claims, where she is known for delivering exceptional results for clients through cost-effective and strategic solutions. Before joining Jones Kopp Litigation Partners LLP as a partner, Suzanne was a partner at a prominent insurance defence litigation firm, where she honed her expertise in defending insurers in tort and accident benefits matters.

Suzanne has extensive litigation experience, including conducting hearings at the Licence Appeal Tribunal, appearances in Small Claims Court, trial work in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and advocacy before the Ontario Divisional Court.

During her time in law school, Suzanne served as the Academic Coordinator for the Windsor Chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada for two years. She was actively involved in moot court competitions, representing her school at the provincial level.

Outside of her legal career, Suzanne is passionate about fitness and exploring culinary experiences. She is an amateur foodie on a mission to visit and savor the best restaurants in cities she travels to.
