Sarah is an operations manager with over a decade of experience leading teams and running the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps law firms thriving. With a background in commerce and a people-first approach, Sarah first entered the legal space by successfully building a law firm from the ground up, shaping its operations, culture, and long-term success, and consulting with corporate clients on their operations.

From hiring and mentoring staff to optimizing workflows and improving client experiences, Sarah understands that a strong team is the foundation of any great firm. Passionate about creating efficient systems, Sarah ensures that everything runs smoothly—so lawyers can focus on practicing law while the business side operates seamlessly.

Beyond operations, Sarah is a firm believer in continuous learning, collaboration, and fostering a workplace where people feel valued and empowered.

Beyond work, Sarah is passionate about preserving local history and serves as Treasurer on the board of her town’s historical society. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, fishing, and swimming with her fiancé, or spending the day at home playing with her three cats. She also makes regular trips back to the East Coast to spend time with her family.
