Rabeena Mussalin

Rabeena’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation which includes a diverse range of personal injury, product liability, occupiers’ liability and commercial host claims.

After completing her articles at a prominent plaintiff firm, Rabeena went on to join a boutique defence firm in Toronto, well known for trial work.  Rabeena joined Jones Kopp Litigation Partners LLP in February of 2021.  In her 13 years as defence counsel, Rabeena has developed extensive experience in multi-party litigation, coverage disputes, motor vehicle accident claims, a wide variety of CGL claims including, claims stemming from the use of construction and farm equipment, property damage, product liability, subrogation of property loss, and occupier’s liability claims.  Rabeena has successfully represented her clients through all stages of litigation including motions, mediations, pre-trials, trials, costs hearings and assessments, and preparation of Court of Appeal materials. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travelling.
