Articling Student

Prior to joining Jones Kopp in 2022, Madeleine began her career working at a boutique insurance defence firm in Toronto.

In her role as a law clerk, Madeleine supported 3 lawyers in their busy tort practices. She now applies her experience and knowledge as an articling student in assisting lawyers with analysis, drafting, and strategy, expecting to be called to the bar in 2025.

Madeleine obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, working closely with the University of Kent’s pro-bono Law Clinic to provide assistance to resident lawyers in family law and immigration cases.

In her spare time, Madeleine is an avid reader and occasional writer.
