Drew Higginbotham

Drew practices in the area of insurance defence with a focus on occupiers’ liability, property damage, accident benefits and tort litigation. Prior to joining Jones Kopp Litigation Partners LLP in 2024, Drew worked in a Toronto based law firm focusing on uninsured motorist claims, priority disputes, accident benefits and tort claims.
Drew has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Licence and Appeal Tribunal.
Drew received a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Political Science in 2012. He went on to obtain his LL.B. degree from Kent Law School, University of Kent in 2015. Drew was called to the Ontario Bar in September 2018.
