Joseph Tumini
Associate
Joseph practices in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defence. His practice focuses on various areas of tort law including personal injury, property damage, as well as priority disputes between insurers and accident benefits claims.
Prior to joining Jones Kopp Litigation Partners in 2023, Joseph’s practice has focused exclusively on insurance defence with law firms in Toronto. He has argued before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, License Appeal Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunals.
Joseph received his B.A. from Brock University in 2006, and his LLB from the University of London in 2016. He was called to the Bar in 2019.
Joseph is passionate about providing efficient, top-quality services to his clients so that matters can be resolved quickly.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys skiing and spending time with his family.
